Residential counselor Ukrainians

For a township (in Dutch ''gemeente'') we are looking for multiple Residental Counselors for 32-36 hours for the locations that houses refugees from Ukraine.

Your challenges:

• First point of contact for residents and help them with everyday matters. This can be about (grocery)shopping, how the public transport in the Netherlands works or about filling out paperwork. You try to help them as best you can
• Signal whether there are tensions within the residential facility and if necessary, you address the residents about undesirable behavior and you discuss this
• Encourage residents' self-reliance so that they can cope well as soon as they can live outside the housing facility

• Higher professional education, work- and thinking level
• Available 32-36 hours a week including weekends and evenings
• You have been living the Netherlands for several years so you have knowledge of the Dutch state of affairs
• Experience within municipalities (´´gemeente´´') or experience as a supervisor or host/hostess
• Fluent in Ukrainian
• Candidates who also speak Dutch are preferred
